Salon & Spa Policies

​To provide every guest with a smooth, professional, and relaxing experience, we kindly ask all clients to review and respect the following salon & spa policies.

Appointments & Booking

  • A valid credit card may be required to secure all appointments.

  • New clients or extended appointments may require a deposit at the time of booking.

  • Please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment to allow time for check-in.

Cancellations

  • We kindly require 24 hours notice for all appointment cancellations or changes.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or a 25% deposit requirement for future bookings.

No-Shows

  • Missed appointments without notice will be charged to the card on file.

  • If no card is on file, a 25% deposit may be required before booking another appointment.

  • After 3 no-shows, your stylist/service provider reserves the right to:

    • Refuse future bookings, or

    • Require full prepayment to secure future appointments.

Late Arrivals

  • We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals.

  • After 10 minutes, your service provider may need to:

    • Shorten your service,

    • Reschedule your appointment, or

    • Charge a 25% no-show fee.

Product Refunds & Exchanges

  • Product refunds are accepted within 7 days of purchase when accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • After 7 days, products may be eligible for exchange only or salon credit added to your client profile.

  • Used, opened, or damaged products may not qualify for refund or exchange unless defective.

Corrective Work / Service Adjustments

  • If you are unsatisfied with your haircut or colour, please contact us within 7 days of your original appointment.

  • We are happy to provide a complimentary adjustment with your original stylist, where appropriate.

  • Corrective appointments include a touch-up and rough dry only.

  • Full styling services are available at an additional charge.

Children & Extra Guests

  • For safety and relaxation of all guests, we kindly ask that only those receiving services attend appointments unless otherwise arranged.

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

Health & Safety

  • If you are feeling unwell, experiencing symptoms of illness, or have had recent contagious exposure, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.

  • Please notify us of allergies, sensitivities, medical concerns, or contraindications prior to service.

Personal Belongings

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Respectful Environment

  • We are committed to maintaining a welcoming and respectful environment for guests and staff.

  • Harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.

Pricing

  • Prices may vary depending on hair length, density, timing, product usage, or customization.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment Methods

  • We accept debit, credit, cash, and approved digital payment methods.
