3. Filling Out Your Consultation Form

Before your first appointment, you’ll receive a digital consultation form.

This form helps your stylist prepare for your visit and ensures we fully understand your hair history and goals.

You may be asked about:

• Your hair history (previous colour, treatments, etc.)

• Hair challenges or concerns

• Your hair goals or inspiration

• Your daily styling routine

• Products you currently use

The more information you provide, the better we can create a customized plan for your hair.

4. Come With Inspiration (But Stay Open!)

If you have inspiration photos, feel free to bring them. Photos help us understand:

However, every head of hair is different. Your stylist will guide you on what is realistic for your hair type, condition, and maintenance preferences.

5. Arrive With Clean or Day-Old Hair

For most services, clean or day-old hair works best.

• Tight hairstyles that leave creases

If you’re coming in for a colour service, arriving with hair that hasn't been freshly washed the same day is perfectly fine.

6. Plan for the Right Amount of Time
